Stopped at this gas station to put air in my tires only to notice the air machine took air out of my tires. Crazy, right? Went inside to get change only for the guy at the register tell me he doesn’t have a key to open the register. Completely idiotic if you’d ask me. Why let any employee open a store without a key to the register. Asked the guy a few questions about the air machine only for him to keep saying “I don’t know” and at that point I had to ask him did he know his name and what planet he was on. Went to the Exxon on County Line and seemingly had the same problem with the lady not having a key to open the register. Luckily, their air machine accepted debit/credit, I was able to get air in my tires and left within five minutes.
This is by far the rudest circle K I have ever been to. There is only 1 employee that is always pleasant and I try to only go when she is working. I only go due to it being not even a minute from my house, but i will be going elsewhere. They literally will huff n puff when ask them a question or if they have to do their job or anything besides talk to eachother. Tonight I had to say something the lady working got attitude because I asked for lottery tickets, so I purposely asked for a receipt so she had to do 1 extra step. I mean if you don't like your job then go elsewhere, if you don't like people don't work at a job where you have to deal with the public. SMH how can people be that unhappy daily,
Never again!!! I wish I could give them a zero!!! This is the worst store ever. Rude employee and very unprofessional and they do not know their job. Everyone in their need to be fired. I'm telling everyone not to go here. Very bad experience. A manager need to come to this location and monitor it. Horrible!!!
I actually went in to get Polar Ice, I'm addicted. I use the restroom, which was clean. There are a lot of food choices in the store and the staff was nice and friendly. The gas prices was good too. Will be back.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm a loyal customer of 11 years. My electronic coupon, that has been accepted there for 2 years, was denied and now I cannot get it back. To me they robbed me!!! Rude management that doesn't even care if a customer doesn't return or not. I'm calling corporate on your rude unprofessionalism!!!!
The service was not perfect being slightly slow, However despite that the store was pretty convienient with a wide selection of goods, As a local buisness I can reccomend it, but the management and service needs some improvement if it's to establish itself firmly.
I just love one lady there she always speaks and just makes you want to come back all the time.
Need Some Work!! Customer Service is needed here, if that is still important these days.
This gas station is the worst area to go to for service. Customer service was terrible and slow. I would not never buy anything again at this Kangaroo Express.
Fast and lots of stuff. Gas is cheaper too with their easy pay app.
