Dan Kann is a talented and dedicated attorney who took charge of my criminal case and successfully got all charges against me dropped during the Preliminary Hearing.  I have been told that this rarely happens, and it is a testament to Dan’s vociferous defense that he prevailed during the Preliminary Hearing.  He is personable, professional, and empathetic.  He returns calls from nervous clients promptly, and doesn’t wait until the last minute to work on your case.  I have used other attorneys in the past, but I never felt more comfortable than when Dan Kann represented me. Daniel Kann is the most superb and excellent lawyer a person could have representing them. Very knowledgeable, resourceful, extraordinary and with a high regard for honesty and concern for you the client. Great experience. Although they couldn't win my case they did a great job reducing the sentence. Overall a pleasant group of lawyers to work with.

Many thanks to Attorney Daniel Kann and Attorney Lawrence Gund for professionally handling a traffic violation citation that was not very credible from a biker policeman from the get go.  But with their expert guidance and help the ticket and the case was dismissed by the judge.  Appreciate all their time -  lots of phone calls, updates, staying in touch through the whole process, follow-up and in the end, they went to court, saw the judge and got it all resolved.
