I hired Josh Newstat when I found myself in some legal hot waters in Ventura County. I knew I needed a good Attorney to handle my case aggressively and correctly. Upon our initial consultation Josh assured me he would fight hard for me, and charge me a one-time flat rate for his services...now being on the back side of it all I can vouch personally for Josh and his hard-working staff. He handled my case professionally and fought until the best possible outcome had been reached. I am very satisfied with his services and staff and would highly recommend his law firm to anyone who has found themselves on the wrong side of the law !!

I was researching attorneys online like most people that havent found themselves in a situation before where needing an attorney was necessary. Not knowing any attorneys personally and not fully understanding my situation I came across Lessem & Newstat website and am I glad I did. Josh and his staff were extrememly helpful. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible outcome in my case. He was able to negotiate a better deal than I was even expecting. I can not say enough good things about this law firm. If you are trying to choose the right attorney for your situtation make sure he is at the top of your list. He made sure the outcome was quick and easy.

I am extremely happy I chose Mr. Newstat to take care of my case. He was very professional and spoke with experience. I strongly recommend him, I don’t believe he could have done anything better. He answered anything I asked and informed me about things I didn't know about, if anything I believe my procrastination was the only thing to slow him down.

My experience with Joshua Newstat was my first experience using a lawyer in my defense and I could not be happier with my choice. He was diligent, hard working, congenial, and really went out of his way for me. The entire legal process was new to me and Mr. Newstat held my hand through the whole ordeal and made sure I both understood what was going on and what my options where but also is a friendly person with a personality that truly helped reduce my stress level in what was one of the most high stress situations of my life. If I found myself in need of a lawyer again in the future there is no doubt in my mind I would go straight for his number which will remain in my cell from now on. Joshua Newstat is my lawyer and I recommend he be yours also.
