Quick response in the middle of a cold night when the heater wasn't working. The technician did everything he could do on his end to try to fix it. They dug up a portion of the front yard to get to some gas pipes, and put it all back nicely with grass seed.

Paying your bulk is a nightmare. For some reason i dont recieve statements in the mail or in my email to notify when the bill is even due. When i try to call to pay it you get sent to 3 different automated calls before actually speaking with someone and when you finally get a holf of an actual human being they have to have account number (which I don't have because I have never recieved anything with the account number on it) and tell me they have to transfer me again just to get the account number. Its ridiculous. Takes me an hour juat to pay the gas bill.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever had to deal with. I had an appointment to get my gas turned on from 7am-10am, I called and they said that was just a suggested time slot they could be there anytime until 10pm. If you work a job you are expected to be at there beckon call. I never received a call, I called the next day to complain and they said they called me at 7:30pm. Not anywhere on my call log does it say that I recieved or missed a call from them. So now I'm expected to have no hot water or heat for another week. And this is how they treat their new customers. I would say to stay far far away from these people, it will save you the time and the headache.

These guys are great. The guy I talked to on phone to the two guys that came out on a Sunday. They came on a call about a smell within about 15 mins found and fixed several things. Informed me about a couple more things I might want to look into.
