First time working with Kansas Heavy Construction. The job went as smoothly as any construction job could go. The superintendent cared about giving a product. The workers were happy with upper management and it showed in the work effort they gave.

Followed behind a flatbed truck tonight that was overloaded with equipment.  Had an empty five gallon bucket drop off the back end on I70 and ram into my bumper.  Nice and scraped up now.  Thanks a lot.

The people seem experienced.  The concrete department hires illegal mexicans taking jobs from USA citiazens, Very Wrong.

They make promises they can't keep about the job. 
 the day to day Kent supervisor can get to be a hot head.

Overall the job is hard - but people in their position should not speak of things or suggest things that will cause problems for the home owener.

The sidwalk look wrong, the driveway inlest look bad, we know the engeneer was to blame for allot - -but the street is now worse off than it was before they started.

KDOT says it's supossed to be 24' wide, but it's 20' - not wide enough to back out of your driveway if a car is n the street.

After 20 years in this business, they should have better sense than all of this and more.  

The last day we talked to them, this Kent puposfully ran over a 4' tall street orance cone and left it in the street that could have caused bodily injury to on coming traffic.
