Staff was helpful, plenty of tables and games. Parking was easy. They also host fun events here so make sure to check the calender. If you are new to a game and nervous to get your feet wet, come on a slower day and the staff will assist you.

Staff at door hardly acknowledges you. Often rude or not friendly to people coming in to spend money. Snack bar prices higher than the nearby Oklahoma casinos, with no added value. Seating area in food locations are often not clean. Alcohol is moderately priced, still expensive for the not great experience the staff gives. Usually change out the machines often, rewards cards don't offer munch in terms of a loyalty program. Occasionally can get free prices from frequent visits. Tighter machines than Oklahoma.

Every event I've had the pleasure of being a part of at the Kansas Star Casino has always been top-notch!  Their clients are always happy, and they make sure to provide every detail of everything I need to make clients happy with a great presentation as well.  Always great food, a friendly and helpful staff, and very enjoyable.  I highly recommend having your events at the Kansas Star!

It's a small casino. It offers a variety of slot machines and card games. It's open 24/7 and the staff are helpful an knowledgeable. However slot machine payouts are minimal at best and at times some machines play as if infected by a virus. There are five restaurants that are at varying price points to accommodate gamers.  One can become easily bored if game play is lacking. There is nothing to indicate time of day or the passing of time so bring a friend along to help keep track of time and spending.

Small casino floor. The roof feels about 2 feet above your head. I was just stunned how crummy it looked first time we walked in. My wife and I each lost $100 in an hour with no wins on the slots. I couldn't believe it. Never ever going back. Most of these good reviews seem fake. Take your money south of the border.
