Graduated from the University of Bangkok with an arts degree, our Bangkok-born Chef Arin Lapakulchai decided to pursue her passion in food and has recently moved to the area and opened her first restaurant here. She has compiled a menu featuring a collection of street food (eg, Kao Soi Curry Noodle Soup, Pork Belly over Rice, Boat Noodle Soup) as well as traditional Thai food such as Pad Thai. Boasting on original and natural Thai flavors, each dish is crafted with clean ingredients and genuine care. All of these can now be found in the Saigon West Wing of the Eden Center, where we bring our tasty street food onto your table in a clean and cozy environment but without the hustle and bustle of being on Kao Sarn street in Bangkok.
