Pizza Hut Douglas Child in the last week WORST customer service EVER. I was placed on hold for 41 minutes (while I left work at Arlington National Cemetery, driving in rush hour traffic on Arlington Blvd., STILL ON HOLD THE ENTIRE TIME). I was finally hung up on once I reached the Pizza Hut (REALLY??, there is NOBODY in the store who can get back on the phone and either take my order OR, ask me to call back later). I explained the situation to the front desk person (whose defense was that she had only been on duty for a half hour). and was finally able to order and was given a 50% discount. Once I returned home, I found out that they had gotten half of my order WRONG. I did NOT order spicy boneless wings. I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings. It happened to be October 31st, but playing "Trick or Treat" with a returning customer (until this episode) is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The INCOMPETENCE at the Pizza Hut, Seven Corners, Falls Church, VA location is BEYOND any REASONABLE STANDARD of PROFESSIONALISM. Helpful? Add an answer publicly

One of the worst run pizza restaurants of any type I have ever seen. They don;!t know how to manage the front of store or the delivery's. Delivery's often take over an hour and I have yet to have a delivery made that was not wrong in some way. toppings or extra sauce paid for but not brought. Always a promise they will bring it right back and never to see them again. I have given up ordering delivery from this store and just go straight there. Still takes them 30-45 to process orders. And even when going to store and picking up they manage to forget parts of the order. Double check everything if you order from here.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Complete lies and fabrication of delivery time. Never ever will I order from them.

No one picked up the phone so I drove to the store. It was open, I went inside and took my phone out and called them again. I WATCHED AS ALL THE STAFF (no one was busy including someone just standing at front desk) JUST RING AND RING. I had to eventually after about 2mins I confronted the man standing at the desk, he claimed to be the manager and went on to say. " It's not my fault and you're here now what would you like". THIS PIZZA HUT HAS ME BOYCOTTING THEM!!
