Their contractors bug you to no end!  I work nights and my doorbell rang before 8 in the morning!  Then the "I will be with you through this entire process" mantra was abandoned as soon as they had other communities to chase after.  I was REALLY disappointed when the owner of the company showed up to my house WITH THE WRONG INVOICE.

They encourage you to lie to your insurance company so they don't do have to complete all the work.

I would never recommend Kape Roofing for work on anyone's home!

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Did work with them and were more than unhappy. Inspection was not passed and was being told story after story. Finally we decided not to have this company even come back out to our house to repair their work. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING!!!
