The Stellar team is great to work with.  They are responsive, honest, and take pride in their work.  We worked with Brennan on a ductless mini-split setup.  The job was certainly complicated and Brennan and team did a great job installing the product.  Most importantly, it is clear that they take pride in their work.  The job took a bit longer than anticipated and it would have been easy for them to cut corners to speed things up...but, they did the job right even though it took longer.  I highly recommend Stellar for their professionalism, competitive pricing, and positive attitude.

Stellar Energy did the original installation of my solar array.  During the initial sale they were eager to contact me and worked well to get me a system.  They encouraged me to make several changes including using microinverters that handle each panel independently.  They original installation went well and the system worked well for about a year.  The best part was the monitoring capabilities which have allowed me to see problems with individual panels in the system.  When there started to be problems with some inverters Stellar came out and fixed them under the 10 year warranty they had.  However, during the past couple of years the service has changed.  Last year they started charging a travel fee to come down and install the warrantied inverters and I did not think much about it even though it took a long time for them to schedule the service and make the repairs.  This year things have gotten worse.  I have been in contact with them for over three months about issues with inverters and they have been extremely bad about returning calls and still have not scheduled the service even though they have indicated they have had the replacement parts.  During the past month have called a number of times to check on the status and when I have talked to someone they promised to schedule the service and call back very soon, but would be charging both the travel fee and an hourly service fee.  So far I have not had a call about the status and a schedule for repair.  Through all this issue I have had a significant reduction in panel output that will cost me in my lack of net metering surplus this winter.  If I had it to do over based on the increasing cost for service and lack of communication  I would do more research on the vendor and probably choose a different company.,

"My husband and I cannot say enough about how pleasurable it was to work with the folks from Stellar.  We had a hail insurance claim that covered our roof and windows.  Stellar handled it all, they negotiated with the insurance company to get our windows properly covered (the first amount was not even close), the window installation was completed in one day and turned out great, the roof install was CLEAN and smooth (they left no trace), and the communication was great (we were always informed on the project status and schedule).  Since we had so many hail claims in our area, I can state that the majority of our neighbors just had an average experience while ours was GREAT!  Thanks Stellar.

I recently had my roof replaced by Stellar and the whole process from beginning to end was outstanding! After a severe hailstorm in my neighborhood there was a constant flow of roofing companies knocking on doors.  Despite having many choices a friend personally suggested Stellar to me  due to the fact that they are trustworthy and the quality of work they completed on his house. Communication throughout the roofing process was great as I had many questions and the disruption from the install was minimal. The  total process was very professional and timely and I could not be happier with the the finished job! I have already recommended Stellar to another friend of mine and will continue to do so.

Only company we could find that combined a unique, but important, competency in HVAC, energy efficiency, renewables, and electrical areas.  Provided this for a very reasonable price as well and their customer service was outstanding.  Highly recommended.  We will be calling them again.
