Terrible people to deal with. If you see a Kapital Real Estate sign in the yard, don't waste your time looking at the house.

I started the search for properties in November and found a property with Kapital real estate name listed and gave them a call. I worked with Jeremy Crouse who is one of Kapital employees. I have had an outstanding experience working with him. working with Jeremy was outstanding , he was very helpful and available for whenever I needed an answer or help. he seemed knowledgeable and if he dose not know he will find out more information and call back with an answer. this last purchase probably would not have happened without the help and support he provided.

I highly recommend working with Kapital and Jeremy in particular. at least from my own experience.

I felt that these guys were fair and great to deal with.  We needed to find the right house for the right price and the experience was quick and easy.  Even better yet, my wife liked them and told me that next time we move, we should use them again.  
Happy Wife, Happy Life. 
I wanted a transaction where I would feel informed, but that the workload would be on someone else.  That is the service I feel that I got.

I've worked with Kapital Real Estate for the last year.  We've acquired two properties via them and we're presently working on more.  I've worked with brokers of a similar niche in multiple states and Kapital is the best firm I've worked with.  They communicate well, move very quickly and have been instrumental in helping us buy low.  I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Kapital Real Estate for several years.  I find them to be excellent and the best in the Milwaukee area. They are extremely detailed oriented and communicate very well. I highly recommend working with them.
