If your looking for a friendly company who makes you feel special, stay clear of these clowns.  The most miserable bunch of idiots i have ever had to deal with........Chris acts like  someone put starch in his tighty whiteys......Just miserable and they are lazy too, they wouldn't go out of their way to help for anything...i really hate both of these worthless clowns ....wish my other company didn't sell out to them . I think i will have to go elsewhere for my insurance

So rude and inconsiderate I agree with everyone above. The two people in that office don't care about what's happening or what financial situation you have... they should close their doors. I've never had such a bad experience from any companies in my neighborhood. If zeros stars were a thing that's what they would get

worst service, Chris has poor customer service, he talks to you as though he is doing you a favor and very rude, no courtesy whatsoever.

I was changing my house and logged into my insurance portal after long time. I was shocked to see my auto insurance increased by $40/month without any incident. I was frustrated and thinking to call other insurances to check the rates. In yelp, I saw Kaplansky insurance but  was not sure about it. I called eventually and talked to Chris. He explained everything and gave a quote from 5 different insurance companies in few hours. The rates were reasonable and considerably less then my current one. I decided to take new insurance and Chris took care of everything. I got my new insurance next day. Chris is awesome and I should have called him when I first moved to Boston. Thank you.

I wish I could give zero stars for this agency!!! They are very rude and could care less about their customers.  A simple phone call is a huge bother to them. They treat their customer's as though they are the not important at all to them. They are also very rude to people in their own neighborhood. Minor tasks are difficult for them to handle. They are not helpful at all. They are very unprofessional and unfriendly. They are so cold you will need a winter jacket. I have never had such bad treatment from any other agent. Do not get your policy here unless you like getting treated badly. The customer service is the worst. Sorry I gave them my business.
