Leigh at State Farm in Milledgeville Ga. has always been extremely helpful. I have home and auto with them and they keep an eye on my account. There have been times that my payment hasn't shown up, but Leigh caught it and contacted me. I've had my insurance with State Farm for over 35 years in South Carolina and Georgia. At both locations the local agents have always been friendly and helpful. I've had only one claim and the local agent helped walk me through the unpleasant situation with an adjuster handling the case from Alabama. I can't see myself ever switching to another agency. I placed a rating of 4 stars only because I feel there's always room for improvement, I've never rated anyone or anything as 5 stars.

I have had State Farm insurance on my cars and homes for more than 30 years and have been with Karen Rowell since 1995. Karen and her staff have always provided great service and a wonderful personal touch. On the few occasions when we have had claims, they have been handled quickly, professionally, and fairly. I have been very pleased with the service provided by Karen's agency and highly recommend her to those needing insurance.

We have been State Farm clients for over 20 years. The staff at Karen Rowell's office keeps us updated on ways to save on our insurance needs. They are very friendly and pleasant. we highly recommend Karen Rowell State Farm!

This is the most disgusting place I ever had my policy at. Initially I was told $596 for six months and after one and half months they charged me almost $1300. The reason was that I did not provide them a clear copy of my wife's license and they found out all these days later that she had tickets. My point was why didn't they tell me the time I provided them the copy. In short, after 1.5 months they charged me a new rate, which did not have a mutual agreement. They are not refunding me the right amount back. They say their under-writing department makes the decision and they can't do anything about it. I am taking this case further to the StateFarm headquarter in hope that they will refund me my hard earned money. Even if you choose StateFarm, I recommend never to deal with this agency. Hope my review helps all the new customers in making the right decision.
