When we moved to Milledgeville, we started looking for a new insurance company and given that we had State Farm a few years before, we thought we'd check their prices. We came across Merritt Massey's office conveniently as we entered town, and gave them a call. The staff, from answering the phone, getting a quote, and meeting them in person were extremely helpful, but we were mostly blown away by Mr. Massey. His knowledge in insurance, the community, home owner/renter policies, a small business policy for my company were hands down the most impressive. When it came to home repairs, he offered excellent contractors or things to try myself. I am extremely grateful that Mr. Massey is watching over my family's needs and has guided us safely.

We have been with Merritt Massey State Farm for over 7 years. My wife and I highly recommend them. I've never seen a insurance company go above and beyond looking out for their clients. We are truly blessed to have them as our Ins. agents !

Merritt and Jan Massey are the epitome of State Farms slogan, "Just Like A Good Neighbor State Farm Is There"!!! I have been doing business with them for the last 10 plus years and they are great folks, much less State Farms Claims, Ive had carpet replaced, Had car and truck repaired after crashes and hitting deer ... every time my car was in the shop being repaired State Farm paid for a rental vehicle, till mine was ready, Ive had a new roof due to hail damage ... and never had any issues with The Company paying claims timely ... If you are looking for great Service as well as the very Best Insurance Company ... call Merritt and Jan Massey in Milledgeville.

I was with Alfa insurance for over 10 years. I made the move to State Farm (across from Walmart ) simply because Alfa does not insure 1300 cc Sport Motorcycles. I set up direct draft from my checking account..to ensure that payment would never be an issue. They sent paperwork to my address to complete and mail back that would put my signature on all that we agreed. Now a month or so later I'm told that they never received the paperwork. .and because of that I've been canceled. Now!!!! Because I have had a laspe in coverage I'm considered an at risk driver,can't be insured by any major company,and my premium went up 200.00 monthly. .No explanation. .just I don't make the rules!!!!! With no regards of how this impacts me financially. ..Not even an option or solution on what could be done to fix the problem.

We have been a customer with Merritt Massey for the past 6 years and have been very satisfied with him and their staff. I can always pick up the phone and talk with someone about any concerns or questions that I might have. Merritt is very good about making sure our policy is always up to date. I highly recommend anyone needing auto, home, or life to give Merritt and his staff a call.
