The staff is always cordial and helpful. I love the great selection of hardware you can't get at the big box stores. One of my favorite hardware stores.

Bought some Christmas icicle lights a few years ago at this store.  I was in need of a few more strands and nobody is carrying anymore (specific colors).  I spoke to Chad at this location and he took the initiative to research the warehouse to see if they had any inventory left from prior years...and he found them.  Excellent customer service...very helpful and great attitude!

My favorite hardware stores in Carefree & Cave Creek. Always pleasant employees - very helpful. They have rental equipment also. Great prices and sales too. One stop shopping.
