Wonder customer service. Sam at the front counter is just a fantastic person.

Updating my review based on a conversation with the business owner. He personally delivered my cleaning so he could discuss the concerns I raised in a previous review. He heard me out and has assured me that any future issues will be resolved more agreeably. Problems come up in every business - how the business addresses them is what matters to me. Kasperbauer has demonstrated that customer satisfaction matters to them. That's all I ask.

WORTH YOUR TIME TO GO ELSEWHERE....OWNER IS UNCOUTH, UNEDUCATED AND UNRELIABLE....NOT TO MENTION THEY BURNT ALL OF MY CLOTHING WITH THEIR TOXIC PRODUCTS.
