This place kills Starbucks. Their Chai is 2nd to none. The girl behind the counter known as bean will give you what you need for your tasty libations. The drink that is  Recommended is the hugs and kisses chai. It will tear you Down.Food: 5/5

Very good Chai. We got the caramel vanilla blended and it was so nice. My girls got the orange creamsicle which was good but couldn’t taste much of a creamsicle but I liked it. There was only one girl working and she got it done. I was happy with the taste and customer service.

I love the chai, it’s delicious. But the customer service was awful, hence why I didn’t tip like I usually do. She gave me my cup over filled and thought I would just take it that way, no. And also no greeting or a simple “I’ll be right with you” and dirty looks. I’ll still come for the chai but watch the service.

Love this place! I'm so glad they survived after the mall was closed due to hail damage. The chai is amazing. Dont be afraid to see of they have flavors that arent on the board. I always get pumpkin spice.

First time i went the toasted marshmallow chai milkshake was great. The last 2x I went the staff was not friendly, they always seem to have an attitude and my milkshakes came out runny both times.

I love the place but always it’s take so long to get the coffee, you guys need more stuff

Always a nice, relaxing place to go to for some amazing chai tea! Today, snowflake. White chocolate mint! Mmm hmm.

This shop was amazing!  My daughter wanted a tea party birthday with her friends.  They were able to accommodate us and were just great on a service level.  The Italian sodas were just loved by the kids and I had a chai vanilla bourbon for the first time and it was great!  Even had to buy a bag of it for home.  I highly recommend Kataluma Chai they were amazing!!!
