Alley did a wonderful job!  I had a bad experience with a stylist that is no longer there, thank god.  I called and explained what happened and they fixed it at no cost to me.  Alley did such a great job and I was super happy with the work she did.  She really got my vision.  I would recommend this salon to all my friends and family.  The staff is very nice and I love there atmosphere.

Very informative. I was offered several beverage options while I waited. When the gal that was going to cut my hair greeted me, she gave me a goodie bag and a tour. All around amazing experience!

My name is Tina and I usually don’t give reviews but I think this one is important for future clients. I did not have a good experience here. I scheduled a pedicure with this business back in January. I read the reviews and was excited to get a pedi for an upcoming vacation. I walked in and was greeted. I went over to the area where the pedi was done and didn’t have a place to put my coat. They layed it over a chair. I was Not impressed. I tried to pick out nail polish colors but the selection was terrible.   Essie, Zoia, and OPI products that were outdated colors. I sat down on a cushioned bench with a pillow behind me and put my feet in a bucket-looking machine of hot water. Not comfortable or relaxing. Where is the massage chair with heat?  I thought I was in a Spa. The young lady was friendly but when she started to paint my toe nails, the nail polish was old and sticky. It was bad. I picked out a different color of course. I sat there for an hour and 50 minutes, and trying to get my toe nail polish to dry. No one offered anything like a fan to help the process of drying. The polish on my big toe even smudged because the polish was so thick. I finally left with a flip flop on my one foot in the freezing cold and snow. All this for $60. Not impressed and I will never return.

Love the reminder call for appt. Stylist,Jordan listens to wants and offers options. Enjoy the head massage.

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are booking for your wedding!!!  I was overcharged because they said my appointment was made for hair and makeup when it was only hair I was getting done.  When I explained this to the lady her responce was "there was a 4 day cancellation policy. So regardless, they had to charge me for the makeup even though I brought makeup to do my own". Frustrating too say the least... not happy with how this was handled!  Poor customer service at this salon.  Not to mention we were late to the church for wedding photos because they took so long.  And each girl even had their own stylist.  Would strongly encourage you to book elsewhere for weddings.  Would hate for any other bridal party to experience this.
