I would absolutely recommend State Farm Insurance to other people. Other car insurance companies offered exorbitant quotes solely due to the fact that I was a new driver. State Farm on the other hand gave me a reasonable and affordable policy all in my own name even though I'm a new driver. The agents actually care about their customers. My agent, Steven Jean, has been beyond helpful and considerate since day one. He's extremely quick with getting back to me with any issues or questions I may have, at any time. He is reliable and accommodating, and assures me that I have a secure policy with State Farm. I couldnt ask for a better agent.

I had a really horrible experience with this agency. They are not honest people. They give you a price and once you sign the papers they change the price and they took around an extra 40 dollars from my bank account without asking. I own my car and I pay for my insurance. Some one from the office phoned me an kept insisting that my husband should be added and it's the law!!!. When I said no, she kept asking for his phone number so she can have his driving license number. I said no again. I had to tell her that he is out of the country and comes only for vacations. Then she goes on and on and kept asking me what country does he live in. As if it's any of her business where my husband lives. Then they keep phoning and phoning. Not from there office number but from a personal mobile number. Because they don't want the conversation to be recorded. And when I ask for an explanation why they decided to increase the premium price after I signed she gave no explanation. I asked for them to send an official email explaining everything and not to phone me except from a State Farm phone. She said you never asked to be contacted through email I will send an email to you right now. I never got the email with any explanation. Then I get an mail in my mail box that they are canceling my policy with them without any reasonable cause except that they want more money. Why do you give a price to a client then be dishonest and take an extra 40 dollars from there account then phone them and try to increase the price more. Keep away from them

I love this team of people! I had other renters insurance a few years, but I met Crista Carter recently, and she told me all about the benefits of getting a policy with State Farm. I called the office and she referred me to Steven Jean who was also wonderful! I have an awesome policy now. Thanks all of you!

The employees in this office are rude and could never answer any of my questions. Every time I call to ask a question I’m told they will call me back and most likely never do. I’ve been with this office for 4+ years and the only I time I do receive a call from them usually is because they are trying to sell me insurance or refinance my vehicle. When I try to explain to them my insurance is already with their office they act as if they had no idea and they also don’t understand the word “NO” when it comes to refinancing my car. Not to mention when I had an accident I called them to find out about the process since I’ve never had an accident before and they had no idea about my accident. It’s just a shame when your business is being handled by an office that’s supposed to give you personalized service and I receive better service from the 800 number. I would not recommend this office as your state farm agent. I would give it a zero stars if I could.
