I love Katie's Plates. Working full time and cooking a healthy and well balanced meal is difficult.  Being gluten free is even harder!  I love coming home to a healthy and hot meal for my family knowing my time will be spent with them not cooking.  Our favorite is buffalo chicken casserole!  It is the best. If you have ever wondered about trying Katie's Plates, go for it!  Life Changing!!

Katie's Plates is a staple in our household. I've been ordering consistently for months, really ever since Katie opened here in Nashville. I've been eating Paleo for a year and know how expensive and time consuming it can be. I am forever grateful to Katie for the high quality, healthy and generous portion, but more importantly tasty meals delivered fresh to my door. Delicious! Lifesaver!

We order Katie's Plates at least once a week.  Food is always delicious and healthy.  It's so nice to have Paleo/Whole 30 options that we get excited about eating.  And the kids actually like the food too!  Life is better with Katie's Plates!

I order several meals each week because I am temporarily  in a position to not often cook.  I am addicted to the meals and the convenience. You have many choices from the lunch and dinner menu, steady meal, and weekly items. The food is always delicious and healthy. My husband and I are always pleased. I have ordered for friends when a family member is hospitalized and a new mom has returned home with baby. I have ordered weekly breakfast to take on a beach trip. I have ordered the dessert for a group gathering. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I love the creative innovation behind Katie’s Plates – how they deliver meals during the week and I also greatly appreciate their attention and commitment to making creative, healthy, tasty dishes! I recently picked up the turkey burger and sweet potato fries meal from the store front (it’s so nice that they sell items in their store front for last-minute meals!) to take to a dear friend – it was the best turkey burger we’ve ever had! Thank you guys for how you inspire, how you serve our community, and how you prove that healthy food can also be delicious food!
