This location is horrible. I have never seen a location this filthy and poorly managed. We were the 3rd person in line and it took us 20 minutes to place our order. The coke machine needed attention. The restroom wreaked. We could smell it 20 feet away. The Moe's reward program does not work at this location either. Baskets piled high at the trash can which needed emptying. Had to clean our own table. I am a fan of Moe's and this location is closest to where I live but I will not be back.

Must be under new management. Very small quantities of everything, poor customer service. Everything smells moldy. Use to be a great place but is now not worth the money or effort.

I am giving a one star and that is too many. At one time it was a good experience. Since management change the staff is rude and the restaurant is filthy. The order is usually wrong. Stale chips are the norm on the last two visits. The guy that was preparing my burrito asked if I wanted rice. I said no and then a minute later one of his co-workers told him the rice was old and it needed to be thrown out. Glad I dodged the stale rice and went with the overcooked black beans.

What happened? This used to be the best Moe's in Birmingham! Will never go back.

Don't come here. Taco Mama or Chipotle is so much better and is cheaper. I'm not coming back here. My last visit the charge on my credit card was exactly $1 higher than my transaction (chicken nachos with water and no extras). I called management and they said they would call me the following Monday. Monday came and no call. I called Wednesday and she said they would refund $1 back to my credit card. The refund went through. A lot of work for an error on their part with not even a coupon to apologize. Mark $0.00 on your tip or the cashier will write a tip in for you. Always check your statement after eating here.
