Here's a little bit about Kato CrossFit. It's got a couple walls, a few racks, some mats, weights, bars and loud music. All the necessary equipment and space that makes this place a "CrossFit Gym." But what you maybe don't get to see all the time, are the moms and dads, the sisters and brothers, friends, family, aunts and uncles and grandpa's and grandma's. The hard workers. The family. OUR Family. YOUR family. That's who we are, and that's who we are going to be. After the sweat's dried and the protein has been replenished, the people of this gym remain the same. Family.
