I have trained with Tony for 7 years. He is a caring, knowledgeable and motivating trainer. Tony actually does care about his clients. He doesn't just provide exercise training, but also is right there with nutrition and health advice. It's nice to have a trainer who motivates through positivity, unlike others who try to intimidate. I would highly recommend Tony..excellent trainer!

I am in my mid 50's and let me say that the older I get, the more I realize the importance of being healthy and physically fit. While I intellectually know this, at the same time I find it is so difficult to motivate myself into staying on track and living a healthy lifestyle. I cannot adequately express into words the gratitude that I have for Tony and his effective training methods, concern for my well being, patience, schedule flexibility and consistency. My husband and I both train with Tony and we especially enjoy the Skype capability of training as it allows us to train from wherever we are (we live in Iowa and is in another state). Another plus is that we don't have to leave the house in bad weather because we are training from the comfort and convenience of our own home. Tony gives 100% of his time and energy to every single person that he trains. If you want to make some positive lifestyle changes then I highly recommend him. He is much more than a trainer as he will always guide you into making healthy lifestyle changes (I.e. Healthy food choices, portion control, etc.) He definitely leads by example.

Absolutely the best and most knowledgeable trainer I have worked with in 30 years. Terrific motivator, but what is even bettet; a true professional at his craft. Knows how to help me get the most out of my abilities.
