I was afraid of going to Katsur due to bad reviews but had to go because of my insurance. Honestly, my experience was pretty good. The dentist and hygienist were friendly and efficient. They answered my questions and explained things to me and helped me feel comfortable. The only issue I had was trying to call them to schedule an appointment. I couldn't get thru and had to write a message on their online contact form. Then, someone got ahold of me promptly. They were able to schedule me in quickly as well. I only went for an exam and cleaning and to file a broken tooth, so I can't speak to their other services.

First experiences were good. Efficient staff. My last visit not so much the Dr was very inappropriate and now I'm locating another dentist. Already filed a formal complaint against the dentist. Will not ever recommend him to anyone!!!

Dr.horn is amazing! 1st visit made me very comfortable and she got me in 2 days later to start 6 tempory crowns. She saved me getting 2 root canals which my old dentist told me i needed. That saved me well over $500 bucks!! My permanent crowns came in little over 2 wks less than any other dentist! She was amazing at her job no pain and really made me comfortable. If you are to go here I would recommend her and Shannon and Jackie were also very polite as well.

Horrible experience through the years, my crowns I paid for didn't last, they were done wrong! My insurance coverage was suppose to be billed at 60 percent not 50 as they told me, they owe me money on procedures I had done because of the billing and they won't return tge calls from my insurance company, I have to fight to get my money back!!
