My wife and I both have dental insurance.  I owed $91.00.  Their insurance professional Joanne then collected $1113.80 from my wife's insurance exhausting our benefits.  Joanne told me that's how it works.

I was faced with a traumatic experience when my son lost a front tooth. The dentist did a wonderful job caring for my son, however $8000 later when I questioned a double charge on my final bill I was treated horribly by a clerk named Joanne. She was insulting and accusatory Joanne is rude and extremely unprofessional. I do not understand for even one moment why they would employ such an awful person. Joanne gave No regard to the fact that I was not only a customer, but that I had just paid more than $8000 ... 
I would steer clear if you expect good customer service - or I suggest you refuse to deal with Joanne.

This was the best experience I ever had at the dentist.   The staff and dentist were outstanding.   I would recommend them to everyone.

If you ever feel intimidated or hating to go the dentist because of previous bad experiences, this is the dentist for you.  The whole staff are great & they will treat you with such delicacy while you are in their care that I am certain you will return again & refer a friend.  I know because this is what happened to me :)
