My brother and I came into this restaurant due to our love of trying new food. The waitress first ignored us until I walk into her face for her to assist us. We ordered and received our food. She then disappeared never to be heard from again. But, she continued to wait on the family next to us, refilling their water as our cups were dry. They came after us mind you. She also continued checking on them asking how they enjoyed their food (all smiles). Not once even glancing our way. She  was very rude and I'd prefer to never come her again. But! The food was great!

Visited for the first time yesterday, and really enjoyed our meal. We came for lunch and ordered a variety of dumplings with some soup. The soups were pretty good. They were similar to any Chinese restaurant. The dumplings were very good! The spicy dumpling appetizer was our favorite! We also got the juicy sticky buns (soup dumplings) which were delicious, but we unfortunately ripped many of them trying to get them onto our spoon. After our meal we waited a long time for our check and finally walked up to the host stand to pay our bill. Their prices are great. We got a lot of food for under $25. We will certainly visit Katy's again, and will update when we do.

The crab Rangoon is HUGE and pretty good, not the best, but good. Their eggdrop soup was really what made me decide I'll order again. I got delivery, and the man who delivered was very friendly. I think people who order from here should keep in mind that not everyone speaks perfect English, and I had to ask "how is your day?" Three different ways before I got the message across.  Don't be assholes. The portions were good for what I paid for. Will not be ordering delivery again though, will likely come in personally, as the delivery fee isn't worth it on top of the tip fee. Anyway, it was great for what I paid, I think.

Nice atmosphere.  Pork dumplings w chives we're amazing. Tasted like real Chinese. Stick with the dumplings and you won't be disappointed. Great flavor. Prices are decent.  Will be stopping here weekly. Great find

Food was horrible. Pot stickers were bland. "Gravy sauce" comes from a bottle. I told the server our food was not good at all and he said thank you and walked away. Crispy noodles were just raw noodles that were not pan fried. No description for food items on menu. Jumbo shrimp looked like mcdonalds chicken nuggets. Would have had a more enjoyable experience if i did go to McDonald's.
