Really like it here, but it's always empty. I wonder if they do most of their business on take out orders. A lot of times there's no one sitting at the front, and the phone rings and rings. I'll walk in and treat myself to lunch sometimes. Inexpensive, but good for what it is.

Good sweet and sour chicken but terrible crab rangoon. The cream cheese ratio to the breading was miniscule.

Ok I’m not the type of person to leave a review but I have to warn people about this so called “ restaurant”. It’s absolutely horrendous!! Where do i start. Ok I ordered the sesame chicken with white rice, noodles with beef, and hot and sour soup. After looking at the sesame chicken it looks disgusting and it looks like it’s just days old. So I take a bite because sometimes you need to try it before you judge. But my judgment was spot on because the meat taste stale and better and just old. The noodles tasted fine nothing wrong with it the white rice was still like it was made this morning and it was under heat to stay warm. The soup I honestly didn’t want Bc I lost my appetite. So I called up the store in hopes that they could change the plate or give me a refund but when I talk to the lady she started yelling at me and telling me that the food is perfect and something is wrong with me. So I called of the store in hopes that they could change the plate or give me a refund but when I talk to the lady she started yelling at me and telling me that the food is perfect and something is wrong with me. So then someone else got on the phone and told me the meat taste old and stale is because they marinate it days before. I’ve ordered sesame chicken in hundreds of Chinese restaurants and it’s never tasted this bad ever I mean I’m sick to my stomach right now. So then he told me I won’t get a refund and if I want I can take it back up to the store but he won’t do nothing about it. It’s -2° outside and I ordered delivery so why would I leave my house to go back up to the store? This has honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chinese restaurant and I recommend nobody ever eat at this place ever. I know I won’t!!!!!!!!!

I got take-out from here last night. After reading some of the reviews I was slightly skeptical because there was quite a variety. I should have trusted my gut on this one (it actually doesn't feel well after eating the food). This was my first time here. I ordered the same thing I order at pretty much any fast chinese place; Sesame chicken, fried rice, wonton soup, and crab wantons (rangoons). We ordered at 5pm during normal dinner hours; you would not expect anything to be tasting old or off during this time. Unfortunately most of the food did not taste good. Sesame chicken - This was the worst sesame chicken my wife and I have ever had. The chicken itself was HARD as rocks and flavorless. The breading wasn't a tempura and got very soggy with the sauce making the overall taste and texture of the dish very outputting. You're better off going to Trader Joes and buying a $6 bag of their orange chicken; it blows this out of the water. They also don't let you substitute the white rice for fried rice which is silly. Crab wontons - The filling on these is great, however the wonton wrap was over fried, hard, and tasted old. The filling to wrap ratio is also way off leaving you wanting more filling. Wonton Soup - Overall not terrible but it the broth needs way more flavor. Fried Rice - We got the rainbow fried rice. It was actually very good. We ended up eating all of that for our dinner since nothing else was worth eating too much of. My bill was $28 and while you typically get what you pay for with cheaper Chinese food, this was in no way even close to being worth it. Having said that, some of their more traditional dishes may be better? I won't be finding out for myself though.

I almost wanted to cry 😡 15.00 for a large jumbo shrimp fried rice which consist of 8 shrimp VERY VERY nearly the same size as their regular shrimps. I wish I could upload a photo so people know I'm not exaggerating. Running a business in Downtown Oak Park I know it's costly, BUT C'MON NOW!!!! These portions are definitely NOT worth the $40 I spent. Med containers sold as large, and not even ONE UTENSIL OR NAPKIN INCLUDED with my order. The shrimp feels like cotton in my mouth. I'm sorry I'm just not impressed at all 😐. 16 years I've lived in Oak Park, and this was my FIRST and last visit.
