Jeff Kuhn  and staff have been great since I moved to Hiram over 2 years ago bought tires, front end work and oil changes. I had  a center cap come off on my last rotation and Jeff replaced it right away. He makes happy customers. Thanks Jeff.

Made an appointment online for 1:30 on a Wednesday. Got to Kauffman at 1:15pm, checked in and by 1:35pm the vehicle was on the lift, we thought "Oh, this is going well, should be out of here by 2:00pm the latest."  Well.... at 2:40pm Reginald came and advised us that the tires that we chose online were blackwall and not whitewall like the other 2 tires on the vehicle.  We told him that the tires we chose online were the correct number and photo matched what we already had on the vehicle. 
 We decided to go with them anyways, as it was now over an hour that we had been there.    About 15 minutes later Reginald came and told us that they were the wrong size tire.  So... after he looked it up on their system he found the correct size.   We figures it wouldn't be much longer now, but we were wrong.  We didn't get out of there until 3:40pm.   It took over 2 hours for them to change 2 tires!!!

Ive always loved Kauffman and but in the past the guys working on my PT cruiser, at this pocation, played around bouncing it up and down while i saw from next door restuarunt as i waited. This time someone went through my glove box, left stuff that fell out of it on floor board, and left major greasy hand marks inside my door and on glove box. Not the quality and respect I expect.

Great deals... Not the fastest service.
Came in first but was taken care of last- probably because I have the free tire repair for life and they're worried about new currently paying customers. I had to wait over 2 and a half hrs for one flat.
Should always be first come, first served.

You get what you pay for.. The wait for a good tech to not blow up my car is worth it.. I drop my Lexus off no matter what they are doing to it and pick it up at close. There is a tech that works on our 66 mustang, all the way up to the F350 dually, and doesn't charge us extra for a 5 tire rotation on the jeep. If your looking for a $20 oil change, don't waste your time. Kauffman hires mechanics and that's what you pay for. We will continue to take all of our vehicles there because of they are honest, and do great work and then give you warranties on the work they perform and back it!! Enough said...  Time doesn't matter when your looking for quality.
