When I walked in the place is very and beautiful. Very pleased with that. The first person that helped me was a young lady around my age, 26, she was sweet. I told her I needed to have links taken out of my watch. She told me to follow her and she will ask her co worker. I walked to the desk where her co worker is, older gentleman, he was sitting on is computer as she asked him if he could help assist me. The gentleman with the absolute worst attitude said to her “you know I just got on my lunch break.” Another co worker , older woman, stepped in to take care of me. I found it very unprofessional to talk to your co workers in that manner in front of customers or not in front of customers. Also, if you are on your lunch break, don’t make yourself visible in the front of the store and go to the back. The next thing is when the older woman assisted me with my watch she said it would cost $10 A LINK to take them off. NOT A WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK. Most jewelry stores will service watches, taking links off, for free of charge. It only takes 5 minutes of their time. To end my review I want to give a shoutout to the young lady with the glasses for staying professional while her gentleman coworker was completely unprofessional and out of line to talk to her in that matter. You are the real MVP. Stay classy.

I went into the jewelry store about some pieces I had previously purchased, the manager, Jennifer, was very unprofessional and was unwilling to help me out because I wasn’t spending money that day. I have been a long time customer of Kay’s and will be taking my future business to another jeweler because of this experience.

They did just what I asked for with my wedding ring. I'm very pleased. Great customer service. So glad we have a Kay Jewelers in queen creek.

I am so happy this location Isr here in San Tan Valley ! Wé havre needed à awesome jewelery store out here for a long time, Management and staff are a mazing !!!!!
