Don't shop here often but came in for some last minute gifts. Like the variety of things you can buy from clothes to house items and even now to electronics. Isles were clean considering it was Christmas Eve, staff were every where so you were able to get help of needed. Their plus size department is lacking, not only in selections but in style, which is saddening. Great selection on pants/jean sizes for men. Seems like Khols has more of a focus on female juniors than anything else.

I like the store, I'm one of thier preferred shoppers, but I find the inventory to be hit or miss. The Under Armor section is very often almost empty. Some of the brands they sell are decent quality. It a decent store for the casual attire.

Have shopped at this store for years. Have always had a positive experience. Today called customer service at the store. Asked if Kohls cash that had just expired a few days ago when my spouse was sick could still be used. The woman was very rude and said no. Then called national customer service who stated that Kohls policy is that the Kohls cash can be used up to 10 days after the expiration date and to call them from the store if the local store is not accepting it. In a time that Big Box stores like Kohls are fighting for business they really need to employ better customer service people at the stores.

Good products, fair prices, but poor service-check out. Must return, just to get the safety plug taken off, which should be routinely done! Not convenient, when one lives 15 miles away!

Went to buy boys size 20 Levi's @ Queen Creek Kohl's because their flyer always advertises them going to that size.. They didn't have any, never do. I even had a supervisor check on her scanner, not one pair in entire valley. Why do you advertise something then don't have anything? I call that false advertising! Makes me very pissed. No wonder online shopping is kicking all your butts!
