Terrible engraving service.  Even worse customer service.  They were provided my fiancés ring for engraving as well as my wedding band. The workmanship was horrible.  They sent back for fixing and my wedding band came back and was in pretty good shape.  I’ve been in the store and called several times and there is no communication between employees as they failed to get information transferred to the right personnel for fixing my fiancé’s ruined ring.  I would not trust any of the sales persons in this store to to take care of you as a customer.  I still haven’t gotten the ring back. There is no excuse for them accepting a job they couldn’t do with the engraving service nor the lack of customer service.

Tammy at Kay’s is amazing! Always very friendly and helpful! Willing to work with your budget and offer a variety of choices! She is amazing with narrowing down what you want and choosing your perfect ring! Can’t complain, SHE IS THE BOMB!

Wow!! What an outstanding shopping experience!! My hats off to  Samantha Houston! She greeted me at the door with a very friendly and professional attitude. It was my girlfriend’s birthday. I needed to get something for her real quick. Unfortunately, I was on a budget, but qualified for the Kay’s credit card. The credit process was very quick and with a very low interest rate; providing you pay it off within the terms. My girlfriend was “over the top” when I gave her her gift! My hats off to Samantha and the entire staff! A job well done! If you’re in the need of something quick and inexpensive; Kay Jewelry in Salisbury is the place to go! By the way, Samantha didn’t pay me to say this either.

Tammy Sassoon very helpful.  Made a quick stop for couple of watch batteries yet Tammy was so gracious to answer questions regarding some ideas I have had for a while. Her knowledge is particularly appreciated. Be assured, any future needs will include a visit to consult with Tammy.

Had been looking for a white gold rope chain for my middle son for his birthday. I found one online at Kay Jewelers so I ordered it and scheduled it for in-store pickup. The pickup day was Valentine Day so upon entering the store I noticed that it was beautifully decorated with  pink and red heart decor nothing to grand but still enough to enjoy. The sales team greeted me with what sounded to be in unison a hearty hello and welcome to Kay's. To which I responded almost laughing "Hi." As I made my way to one of the jewelry counters a very nice sales lady who's name I failed to get assisted me. She was friendly, quick, and knew how to do her job. She asked how she could assist me so I told her that I was there for an online order in-store pickup. She then asked for my ID and used a hand held device to look up my order once she was able to confirm that I indeed had an order she handed me my ID back and informed me that she would be right back. Well she then went to retrieve my purchase and in a few seconds or so she was back. She opened the box to show me my purchase to make sure I was receiving the correct item and that I still wanted it. Once I confirmed that it was in fact the correct item and that I did want it she placed the item back in the box and went to retrieve a bag for my purchase. She placed my purchase in the bag and also added a piece of red tissue paper which I'm sure they were doing with all purchases that day as it was Valentine Day. But I still thought it was a nice touch. She then handed me my purchased item with a cheerful "can I help you with anything else today?" to which I responded "no thank you this is all" she wished me a good day, thanked me for my business, and invited me back. When I got home I wanted to see what the necklace would look like with the pendant I purchased from Amazon so I added the pendant to the chain put it on and had hubby snap a pic. I think it looks nice.

There's no places that I  love to  come to  because the people who  work  at Kay jewelers are  very respectful and  caring for their  customers. They will  help you in  anyway  they can. So I appreciate  their  loyalty .

Tammy, Cheryl and Kanesha were so great to work with- very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They took time to help us reach the best decision and design a beautiful piece of jewelry. Amazing service!

As someone who was so excited to pick my ring out they weren’t informational after I had tried getting the ring for three days. I went today to try and use a different card and the service is horrible they didn’t even look at me while talking just seemed very annoyed I was even there in the first place because I don’t look like I have big money. Personally I will never be going back and I will tell everyone I know that their employees there are horrible and completely and utterly rude.
