Inconsiderate, young employees acted like I was not important or could care less if they did business with them/me! Told me real pearls were a dime a dozen and hardly looked anything over ! Your loss!!

Took clock in to be repaired in November. Keep going back to see if done. Couldn't find clock. Finally located it. Went back this March. Still not repaired. I said I wanted the clock back. They promised it would be done in couple of days as it was in pieces. Finally picked clock up second week in April. Got it home and still not working correctly.  I paid $160 for the repairs. Beware this business!!

Took 2 weeks to fix a broken necklace.  After 1 week they said it was fixed, but broke in the exact same spot as I put it on in the store... then took 7 more days to fix again... never again

BEWARE THEY RIP U OFF HERE!!! My elderly father trusted this place to fix his antique clocks and he paid over over 1,000 dollars for them to not even touch the clocks!  You people should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of people like this!  Heres my fathers email to the guy who recommended this crook to him.  

I am going to give you my opinion of Robinsons the clock man you recommended since you did ask me for my remarks about our move.

Robinsons took six clocks, including my Cuckoo Clock.  He never repaired the Cuckoo clock nor did he even take the time to brush off he dust...the same problem persists with the clock.  My Grandfather clock also has the same problem it had when Robinson took them.  The other four were running okay and needed some cleaning and to be inspected for any possible problems.

All in all, I gave him a check for more than $1500 and got little in return for that amount.  Since you recommended him, I thought I would give you my opinion of his work(?).  If you recommend him to your clients after what he did (not) do for us, I think you are short changing these clients.
