They started hammering outside my window at 9am on a Saturday. (They were fixing the roof on the condo next door). I asked the workers to stop and come back on Monday and they were going to. I then spoke to the owner, who made them go back to work because they were 1 and 1/2 months behind schedule on their other jobs. Their office is closed on Saturday and the owner was sitting in his nice quiet house, but he didn't care that I had to be disturbed all day on my only day off. He was very rude and unprofessional. I told him it was not my fault that they were 1 and 1/2 months behind schedule. All I was asking them to do was come finish on Monday and he told me no. He didn't care if it bothered me. Yeah, great, professional company you have there!

Had leak in two spots of my roof couldn't locate. They came out found and repaired in no time. Very polite young men that work there as well.

Kayco Roofing has done a beautiful job replacing my roof.  Kevin helped me through every step including the challenge of dealing with my insurance company.  A tree fell on my house during the hurricane and it took months to get through insurance issues.  The crew was great and they had the re-roof done in just over one day.  The cleanup done after included repeated sweeping of the yard with big magnets and I, unlike some of my neighbors, have had no issues with nails left behind.  I highly recommend Kayco for any roofing needs.

Clark over at Kayco really helped my mom out when we were in a bind. Needed a quick repair, and he dropped everything to come help us out. Good guy that you can trust.
