Better Home Improvement did an excellent job installing a new roof for my elderly parents home. Chris came in with a very thorough presentation and answered all their questions. The install was done in record time with no problems. The installers were on the roof two days and there were no issues. You couldn't even tell that they had been there except for the new roof! It took the insurance check a while to come in but Serena, the office manager was extremely patient with us and we always had positive and pleasant conversations. This is a company that was true to their word and we would use them again.

BHI has been wonderful all the way. As soon as the permit was approve the project run smoothly and all the employees were very nice and professionals. We did have a little issue with our back porch and in two days someone was sent to correct it We are very pleased with the work on our two porches front and back. Well done, clean and on time. We recommend Billy and his crew. Thank you Billy Jose and Isabel Vazquez

Very happy with BHI. Chris was fantastic in explaining things during the estimate and follow up visit. Billy was great with coordinating supplies and delivery and workmen. The roofers were very professional, quiet and cleaned up better than I thought would happen. They were very particular in how neat they kept things. I waited until today to do the review since we have not had any rain in a few weeks. Wanted to test the new roof and it stood up very well!! Highly recommend BHI for roofing work. Fast, efficient, professional work!!

I hate posting a negative comment but this is the only way to get the attention of the management to resolve my issue. Over the last 7 months I've been contacting BHI about my final receipt for enclosing my porch with window glass and door. I talked to several people in the office and I was told to take my message and someone will get back with me. I also talked to David (I believed assistant manager) and asked for my receipt and he said that he will talked to the book keeper, but until not I haven't got it yet. My experience with BHI was a complete nightmare from job start to finish. I wasn't only dissatisfied but pissed off too. The entire employees were liars from sales man, craftsman all the way up to the management. It started with Steve Pray who is the sales man, he wrote on the contract that the project includes permits and HOA fees but the management did not submit the paper works and payment to obtain permit for the job. About a month after I signed the contract, Billy came to my house to take the measurement for the glass. He told me that he won't obtain a permit because the job was already started (I have 2 different contractors involved in the project) but Steve gave me permission for the other contractor to go ahead and start building the knee wall and the patio cover. When I questioned Steve, he said to me that he will give my money back. But that's not the point it's not about money it's about making my porch legal so I can claim it to my insurance. This is a breach of contract issue. Next was the craftsman named Bob who installed my windows and door. This man really made me mad, we had a heated argument and it came to the point that I was about to get my baseball bat and hit his head. While installing the windows he stepped several times on the knee wall and cracked the dry walls, and the nails came out too. I advised him not to step on the walls but did not listen to me, he said that he got work to do. He brought a ladder with him but never used it. When I questioned him he said that he's not responsible for the damages and he's not going to fix or pay for it. So who is responsible then? me ???? I ended up spending money and fixing his damages. Here's another issue, while installing the door, he disconnected the home security door sensor that was hanging above the door frame and failed to return it after him. I told him previously to call me or knock my door when he is ready to install the door so I can disconnect the sensor but he didn't. The following day I asked him where the sensor is. He answered that he put it on the floor and my neighbor probably picked it up when they came to look at the project. He said that he wasn't responsible either for the missing item because it happened inside my property. I said WHAT? He put a blame on my neighbor for his negligence. BHI, wake up!!!!! WHERE DID YOU GET THIS PIECE OF JUNK CRAFTSMAN? He deserved to get fired. Even the management paid the sensor, I was not very happy for all the headaches that your craftsman (named Bob) had caused me. After completing the project back on December 2016 I'm still waiting for my final receipt. I called several times in your office but no one can answer where my receipt is. Every time I called the office told me to take my message and someone will call me back but I never got a call from your office or no one had attempted to call me. My phone number was written in a contract, I also told the office my phone number so what is your excuse?
