Really nice homes  Beautiful scenery. If you live on the Lake you have the option to build your own dock. The housing options are surprisingly reasonable.

My clients ultimately were happy and got the home they wanted, but it took some effort. Up until the last two weeks they weren't sure if the home would be finished and had to push really hard to get the builder to pull it off. Just be prepared to keep asking to speak to someone who can say yes and don't stop at someone who doesn't have that authority.

For the price I want impressed. KB had lost my trust for many reasons. Homes are not built well and for lake front it would cost an arm and a leg and would cost over $70k to build a sick and remove debris and trees. You would not be able to dock a boat because it's too shallow.

Really nice homes. One of the layouts was really well thought out. The lakefront view homes were really nice but the lot cost was pretty extreme.
