Always found a good selection. Very relaxing so so convenient and yet not fast food. Never been disappointed

They deceive people with their signs. Their "student friendly prices" were higher than most restaurants I have been to. In my $15 dollar meal I got a "½ lb cheeseburger" which was more like ⅛ lb which means they had to have weighed the burger after toppings were added, about 10 fries and a bottle of apple juice. The expensive food was not even good, the burger was burnt and dry and both burger and fries were incredibly dry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

After tour, sweet cake amd coffee,,  A little bit expensive but good for me while it's raining ~~!!!

Overpriced, but reasonably tasty for lunch and dinner, but good breakfast at a good price if you are working on a show at The Kennedy Center. The Cafe is open from 8:00am-11:00am, Monday-Friday for breakfast, but the building isn't open to the public till 10:00am. Anyone who can get into the building for a meeting or rehearsal can get breakfast starting at 8:00am, and the general public can get breakfast at 10:00am when the building opens. There is no breakfast on the weekend. Restaurant Associates, who operates the restaurant, doesn't seem to realize or care that work on shows takes place 7 days a week, so breakfast is only available 5 out of 7 days. You can't even get coffee on the weekends till 11:30, so plan accordingly if you are coming here to work.

I agree with at least three of the reviews.  Pretty decent food but over-priced at $30 for one real dinner and one salad bar...which we managed to share and feel like we'd had a pretty decent meal. For the convenience of being able to arrive at the Kennedy Center early enough to avoid traffic and parking garage hassles, I'm glad they try!
