Simple and clean. Heart of downtown Show Low. Very affordable. Family owned and live on property. Smoking/non-smoking rooms. Continental breakfast. Mini fridge and coffee pot in room.

Great place to stay. It's quiet and the rooms are nice and clean. They are also very accommodating as I had to do a very late checkout while my motorcycle was being worked on in town.

We come here all the time! Clean laundry room, very clean ice machine. Friendly staff that are more than accommodating. The owner & his wife are always courteous & kind. AC units work great, nice shower, coffee maker for two, fridge & microwave! Nice clean, crisp linen & towels. Best hotel in town! We love the KC! James, Cris, Red & Pooh Bear👍

First time staying here. .and my expectations were exceeded with excellent service, clean rooms and affordability. The management lives on site.. and I could definitely tell, they were quick to respond to any thing and their hospitality was awesome... I will be staying here on our next trip.
