Air conditioner was making a terrible noise starting saturday.  Called today and 45 minutes later he came to fix it.  Thank god he had the part we needed and was able to get it fixed, and I didn't lose a day off of work.  Thanks again for the quick service!!!!

Chuck at KCK Air Conditioning and Heating is great!  We had a couple estimates for a new Air Conditioner and Furnace prices and the reps all handled it differently with recommendations, prices were all over the place, even had an estimate from the Costco's AC Company who was the most expensive of all!   

Chuck took the time to walk through my home and ask questions to measure the air flow balance and explained it all in terms we could understand. He suggested adding as return in our bedroom upstairs to help the flow in the hot summer days went beyond the call of duty!   We also had an issue in my daughters room and with a simple reroute of the flexible ducts he could make it work no problem.  We got a top rated Trane AC and Furnace and his team was pleasant showed up on time and knocked out the job in one day as promised, we also got a rebate and the cost was on point!   

He was quite thorough in checking out all the other systems of operation of my other air conditioning units.  I was very impressed and happy with KCK's team and service and would gladly recommend them.  THANKS a bunch to you all!
