Had my front door completely done and framed in, and also my railings done for my steps at my townhouse. They did an incredible job!! Very nice people and quality of work is excellent!! Definitely will be using them again to do more work. Thanks a lot team!!

Rolando and his team have completed previous projects for us before.  When it came time to remodel our kitchen, it was a no brainer.  They assisted my wife and I with the design; we replaced the tile floor, cabinets, countertops and the tile installer, Daniel did a faboulos job with the herringbone backsplash design.  Needless to say, I highly recommend Orbe.

The most unprofessional people I have ever met. They are a bunch of people with uniform who doesn't know what they are doing. The first time I met them. He showed up with his wife or girlfriend and an old man with a measuring tape for a job that requires HVAC and electrical panel installation, complicated plumbing and sewer system construction. and didn't do anything and promised to submit his proposal in a week. And he kept me hanging for almost a month ignoring my calls and responding after 3 days with a lot of excuses.  When I asked him if he is a licensed contractor he stayed far and far away from me.  
I don't recommend this contractor wanna be low level handyman to any one

We had Orbe Construction remodel our kitchen, family room, half bathroom and foyer earlier this year, and we couldn't be happier. We're absolutely in love with the new layout, overall look and practicality of our home's improved main level.  

Gianfranco was the person assigned to our initial consultation. My wife and I are always busy during the week, so we always met on evenings and weekends, we really appreciated his flexibility.  At first, we were very impressed by his knowledge, honesty and quite frankly, his confidence in his team's ability to provide the best results. He stressed that Orbe Construction would be responsible for performing all the tasks except for the electrical and plumbing portions of the project, and therefore could give us top quality at competitive prices. For these other trades Orbe hired certified subs that they had a history with and trusted.  We didn't have any issues with them and Orbe made sure they stayed on schedule.  He also advised us to shop around, get other quotes, and make sure to meticulously compare all the details and materials. We found this to be a bit peculiar, but after our experience with them we can see why they don't shy away from competition. 

After the initial consultation it took Gianfranco about a week to email us a proposal that included a price breakdown for labor and materials.  He also included a detailed design, a new floor plan, renderings for the proposed renovations and a copy of their liability insurance. Upon acceptance, Gianfranco and Orbe's in-house architect Fernando worked closely with us tweaking our plans, selecting cabinetry and the hardwood floors that ultimately went in the foyer and family room areas. We then met with him at the Tile Shop and Ferguson to finalize the selection of tile and fixtures.  He made sure to bring with him a door sample of the cabinets we had selected and different granite samples that coordinated with our theme.  We were really happy with all the material selections, but we weren't completely sold on the granite options, we were looking for something a little more exclusive.  He then insisted that we meet at Bramati Marble & Granite in Frederick, MD.  We learned that Bramati is one of the largest importers of granite and marble in this region.  We were left speechless with all the different types of granite they offered, with all the other material samples on hand, we found the perfect match.  Gianfranco reserved our 2 favorite slabs and had them shipped to his fabricator immediately.  We couldn't believe the level of involvement Orbe offered throughout the whole selection process, and not to mention they passed on the contractor discounts they got from all of their vendors.

The project itself was seamless and was finished on schedule.  All of Orbe's employees were extremely respectful, cleaned up daily and worked full shifts, even on the weekends.  Gianfranco assigned JC as the project manager, but he made sure to stop by at least once a day.  We joked with him about his pickiness to every minuscule detail and how he probably dreams about his projects.  The final product speaks for itself, we highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again in future protects.  Thank you Orbe!
