I would recommend anyone to KCMO Auto to buy or trade a car. Their customer service was exceptional. They were very patience and wanted to help by letting me  test drive different cars. The Manager went the extra mile to recheck the car I was going to buy. I finally bought a car from them. It was a good experience.

Outstanding performance from the whole team! Very welcoming environment and no bs straight to the point. All the cars were nicely cleaned and spotless. I drove away with the car I wanted for a deal that no one could have beat! Definitely coming back but this time for a truck😍

I not sure what to think about these people. Bought car from them check engine light came on couple days later. It's the catalytic converter. Now they refuse to take a LOOK (not fix it) at  my car cause my daughter wrote A review explaining how she felt about it. Anyway Rez is a good representative. 👍

Great experience here, the sales associate was genuine and friendly, and wasn’t pushy. Found a great deal on a used car and haven’t had any issues! Love it.

Not the best place to purchase a car. My mom purchased a car there a few days ago. Engine light suddenly comes on the very next day. Not even 24 hours later. Put it on a diagnostic machine...it says its the Cadillac converter. I don't doubt they just put those machines on it that erases the codes in the car, that make the engine light go off. They are money hungry and don't care about the quality cars they sell to people. They have a board in their office where they mark how many sells they have made that month. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a car here.
