KCP manages my rental property and I have felt a burden lifted with their services. Their online portal makes it easy for me to see what is going on with my property at my convenience. From experience I have found I can trust them to take care of things followed by having the information timely available for me to see so that I can plan appropriately. I am glad they are here to help me.

Keith is a really nice guy. And I really wanted KCP to work out great for us because someone we respect recommend them. Sadly, I cannot give them a positive review. We contracted them to manage our property. The long and the short of it is that while we have a beautiful and affordable home they were unable to find reliable tenants. After three failed attempts and consistent issues with the management not knowing what was going on with the house, their employees, service agreements on it, and finances, we had to let them go. They did apologize for a few of these issues. But things never got better. We are also fairly certain they were intentionally dishonest on more than one occasion. My advice, stay away.

I found them to be easy to work with. I have a nice rental at a good price and they where quick to respond to the only maintenance issue I have had while renting from them. The maintenance staff was here within 24 hours of my reporting the problem and had it fixed quickly. I have found all their staff to be professional and friendly when interacting with them. I'd definitely recommend them to a loved one.
