As I read a couple of the reviews on this site, I'm reminded of the old saying that "there are two sides to every story".  If you want reasonable prices "AND" service, avoid the big box stores and try Keizer Outdoor Power Equipment. Not only will you talk to a very knowledgeable staff, you will be able to get the product serviced should the need arise.  Big box won't do that.   I've shopped here for years and will definitely return.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Fast service. Everyone has a smile. Service department is the best with quick turnaround on repairs. The best.

Online the store was supposed to be open on Saturday till 1pm. Get there at 12pm and the store schedule on the front door states closed on Saturday and Sunday. 
Turned out for the better, and took my business to the State street saw shop. There i was helped by knowledgeable people who sold me exactly what i was looking for and nothing more than what I needed.
