My husband and I decided to take a chance on Keller’s as we live about 10 minutes away. I ordered a medium-rare steak and received a charred overpriced piece of meat. When I mentioned it to my server I was told the manager could give me 10% off my meal. The outside of the steak was complete burnt. We do not mind paying for quality but this was ridiculous. More than likely we will not return which is unfortunate because we live so close and would have loved to find a new spot near home to enjoy a meal. Very unhappy.
Had a great dinner with my girlfriend. I had the 16 oz Heart of Iowa Sirloin Steak cooked to perfection at Medium Rare. My better half had the Shrimp Linguini. The garden salad was also great the lettuce was fresh, and the vegetables crisp. The drinks are made to enjoy. We will be back! The staff was great and entertained us while we sat at the bar. Update: We have returned many times and enjoyed many of the items, from the Buffalo Wings to the Steamed Seafood Platter. Not once have we been disappointed by the food or service. If you sit in the Bar ask for Hurricane Katrina. She's our favorite server.
great service.. good food.. reasonable price.. our server Jessica was very nice and super busy but she was appeared to treat all her tables just like us which was excellent. will be back. and.. back.. now sticky toffee pudding is great! sorry no pic, ate it too fast back again, just can't stay away.. Addie was the host last night what a pleasant and happy entrance.. keep her!
Hotel and casino were very nice and clean. Employees were great everywhere. Kellers...we will no go back to. I got the Meterrian Chicken Alfredo and was a sloppy mess that tasted like nothing. Brisket ends for appetizer and was chucks of fat in bbq sauce. My husband got fried white fish and shrimp, which was good and hard to mess up fried food.
The restaurant was Great! My steak was a little more done than I usually get but all the rest was AMAZINGFood: 5/5
The service was great, but that’s about where the compliments end. This seems like the buffet has just been rebranded as fine dining without any actual improvement. For $30 you can get 2 small dried out pork chops that are garnished with what can only be described as wet onions, 3 spears of burnt asparagus, and a potato that I can only assume has been wrapped in foil and left in a hot hotel pan since Thursday, then topped with a whole cup of sour cream to mask the burn. This feels like more of a trap/honey pot for those that are fresh off the casino floor ready to burn a hole in their pocket than someone looking for actual fine dining. My pregnant wife enjoyed the ribs though.
We had a nice dinner. Service was attentive and friendly food was good.
We just had a wonderful dinner at Keller's. We did not have reservations, but on a Saturday evening, we were seated by the host, Amare, within 15 minutes. Our server, Hailey, was very pleasant and attentive throughout the meal. Even a manager, Matte, stopped and asked us how things were as we dined. The food was extremely good. I finished the vegetables, and I'm not a veggie person. Well, not the peppers, Tim ate those. Cudos to the chef! I noticed that they still might be observing distancing for the seating of guests. That's alright by me, although not necessary. Whether they were trying to be safe, or short on staff as some establishments are is of no concern. We would have understood if we had been turned away for whatever reason, without reservations. We were just very glad to be able to enjoy our dinner. I have to share this: I was able to see a bit of the kitchen from where I sat. I heard something hit the floor and turned to see a knife being set on a plate. Thinking the worst, when Hailey put the plate in front of me, I asked if the knife had been on the floor. She told me kindly that it was not and that the fallen knife was still on the floor. I apologized and thanked her. I watched as she picked up the knife from the floor. Priceless. It was the first time we ate here and I wish I had taken a photo of my surf and turf, because it was lovely. I will next time, because I will surely be returning! Thank you!!
The atmosphere was lovely and was seated in a good amount of time. The service was great and the Valentines special was delicious. The Corn Chowder was the best as well as the cake
Nice enough place and great service but the food didn't impress me. The fish was chewy and a little dry. The rest of my party wasn't impressed either. Steak and burgers were bland.
