My realtor really heard what I was looking for.  Her patience, professionalisn, and availability night and day was comforting during a very stressful time. I'd definitely recommend her.

Agent changed contract hours before closing & told my guy "not to say anything at closing as it was to his benefit." (contract signed in June-yet agent changed it in late Nov. hours b/4 closing?) Turns out it was for  buyer's benefit which the agent also represented.
( Franchise owner wouldn't give back the money to my guy & even wanted my guy to pay more for another mistake the agent made.)  

This agent even laughing at closing when the buyer joked about my guy paying closing $ for buyer "I almost feel bad about you paying closing cost--NOT"  I couldn't believe my ears. The agent LAUGHING at my guy who he also represented.  The agent lied and misled & didn't do his job--even the other agent from another company had yelling match with this agent over his not doing his job. My guy paid $$$ & this agent never stepped foot in the new house my guy bought. The agent didn't even have time to do a walk through on my guy's new house --which they would have seen a huge hole in siding that they had covered with a canoe. However, AGENT sure was there to collect his $ and to "surprise the buyer" that he was going to fly back to there at closing"  Many more examples how agent took sides with buyer at HUGE cost to my guy/seller.  
Agent claimed buyer (who he also represented)  was broke yet they (agent & wife) were selling 2 of the buyer's homes . Broke in their mid 30's with newer trucks, bought all new furniture, went on 2 week tropics vacation weeks after closing  & gloated at closing he was suing VA because of botched surgery , after he fell down some steps at home,  & was going to collect a lot of $$)   My guy retired &trying to move on from losing his wife to cancer-selling their dream home as he now had limited retirement monies. He was financially "raped" by this company-who cared more about their commissions than doing their job correctly.  Going to write Ethics complaint--maybe talk to lawyer too.

Michelle Armstrong is very up to date and has great statistics on how the market is going. I would trust her with friend.

I have not, nor will I go through this company to purchase a home. Mary Giersdorf Korfiatis took it upon her self to snub a review of mine for a moving company (Class Act Trucking & Moving) I had a good experience with by claiming that: "You must be dating one of them or related to them!!!"
I responded with that I was neither and that "I would discourage anyone from seeking a realtor from Keller Williams Realty Classic Northwest when one of their employees can be so presumptive with the intent to insult." as I believe the nature of her comment to be snobbish at best.
She, then, responded with a conceited "Ha! Been in the business for over 20 years and your comment will never change my business. My clients will back me 110% on that. I pride my business on honesty and integrity! There is no room for anything else!!!!!!"
My concern is that she doesn't know me, and will cast her judgements on anyone she feels that she is above. To attempt to insult me because I DID have a good experience with a company is lacking the sense of integrity she speaks of. If this is the kind of behavior her Realty company encourages and condones, then I would not seek them out for any purchase of a home. Considering there are other negative reviews for this company, you may want to reconsider.
