I was excited when I first began shopping for a new home. The process quickly became frustrating. Joseph Worrells reassured me every step of the way that him and his team would make purchasing a new home as smooth as possible. I met with with Joe and he listened to every detail of my wish list. During the closing I was a little nervous because I was unsure if I was going to meet the deadline. Again, Joe pushed to help me get into my new home and we closed as promised. I'm happy with my decision to work with The Worrells Group. They did an exceptional job; over and beyond what I expected! I'm settled into my new home, it is cozy and beautiful. Joe Worrells and his team are kind, resourceful, and savvy. This realty agency helped us find the perfect home and win a bidding war with little angst and/or extra expense. We told Joe what we wanted and he unwaveringly helped us find it. 
Once we found the perfect home, he and his team quickly worked the process to our favor to lock in the contract. Throughout the process Joe himself was responsive and excellent at communicating the important facts and information; showing great wisdom, knowledge, vision, and strategy to help us meet our goals.
We would whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend him as a realtor of choice. Joe brings to the table dedication, creativity, innovation, energy, collaboration, data backed intelligence, and a thoughtful approach.
