Met with Lynn Colter on a Saturday at 8:00 am to view a property she had listed. We called her back that afternoon and told he we wanted to purchase the property based on the terms we discussed with her. Worked on the contract on Sunday and forwarded to our attorney Monday to review. Sent comments and changes to Lynn Colter Monday again based on phone conversations and emails with her. Spent most of the day Monday meeting with the city and other due diligence and amended the contract again per Lynn and sent to her at 6:00am on Tuesday. Lynn advised her client to take a different offer. After we spent several hours working with Lynn to get this put together and hundreds of dollars in legal fees she never kept her word and we were out the deal all because Lynn is a poor communicator and lacks commercial transaction experience. Save yourself time and money and find a new agent. I am an agent and I can attest her level of professionalism is lacking.

It feels so good to be a first time home buyer. I couldn't thank Dina enough for guiding me through this process and being there every time I had questions. Very professional and smart! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a house.
