I have been living in Monticello Oaks for almost 2 years now.  It is, by far, the best place I have ever lived.  The community consists of a good mix of residents that are all very friendly and sociable.  The management and maintenance personnel onsite are incredible!  They know everyone by name and are more than happy to happy with any kind of request!

Love this apartment complex & community! Location is perfect and the management is always super friendly and helpful in making this a great living experience. Highly recommend!

There are loud, inconsiderate tenants with no regard for surrounding neighbors, and a high standard of living is not upheld by management because rules are not enforced and issues are not resolved.
