Have been trying to close on a property for upwards of 5 months now. I can count the number of updates we have received in that timeframe and it doesn't exceed 8 and even in that, some of the same updates were given months apart. Everyone else (loan officer, underwriter, legal team) involved is on the same page and with the same questions, where is the listing agent and why is she unreachable? Completely unprofessional. I can not put into words what one person has done to my perception of this here office.

DO NOT RENT USING THEM ! 
I rented a home with Dee and Doreen in March 2017. My husband and I made everyone present during our lease signing aware that we would remain in the property for years to come (until we were prepared to buy). However, during the last week of December we received a letter from Keller Williams stating that we had 60 days to vacate the house. After speaking with Doreen, my husband and I were made aware that the propertys OWNER randomly decided that she wanted to move back into her home 2 months before my lease could be renewed. Leaving my husband and I to come up with over $4,000 (Jan+Feb Rent & Move-in Costs) 
FORTUNATELY, we were able to find somewhere by January 31st. I informed Doreen and asked for Feb's rent to be prorated  since there was such an urgency for us to leave and so that I could speed up the process on this unwanted and unexpected change. The decision was left up to the property owner and because she was against prorating 1 months worth of rent we're expected to pay for time that won't be spent at the property. It's the middle of the winter ! I have 2 school aged children who are going to have to start at a new school IN MARCH (4th grade and a KINDERGARTNER) I have a 9 month old baby ! None of what I'm going through is being taken into consideration. This place has 0 empathy for their tenants. There are NO rules in place to protect clients from greedy, money hungry property owners !!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE ! Find someone else, find some place else... Because I promise you, KELLER WILLIAMS does not care !

I've had the worst experience ever...agent has no sense of urgency...we've been looking to close on a house and unfortunately it looks like ill have to walk away from my dream home...not too mention hundreds of dollars down the drain for a gas bill on a home  I don't and now it seems will never own...all we are asking for is timely updates...realistic deadlines.  Who wants to create addendums just for the sake of it?
