I know a few of the agents and am impressed with their professionalism.  A great place to bring your dreams and let them help you get a home for them.  If you need a property management team - they do that to and from what I can see they do a great job of taking care of other peoples' properties.

I have texted and called left voice mails for 4 days and get no reply.  Wish I could reach out to the seller and tell them how their listing agent is not getting back to people that are interested in their property.

I would give a Zero Star rating if possible. I am selling my house by owner, and a Keller Williams representative called me and harassed me.  He stated that it was unethical for me to use online realtor services without an agent, and indignantly asked me why I would rather do that than give business to a local company.  Excuse me, but the last time I checked, we don't have to use an agent to sell property that we own.  It's a free country and Keller Williams is not entitled to my business.

Was not impressed. Took 10 days to find out what the status was on my application. They were lucky to even receive a 1 star rating. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend this realtor @ all.

During two month search for house before moving they would not return calls or messages (only when they wanted money) then they played stupid after weeks of not hearing from them.  Also would not provide information to immediate family in the area also trying to find a home for me and my family.  Over 3 weeks went by and didn't hear anything when they promised they would contact me letting me know when any home was available.  Took a heated conversation for them to actually do their jobs (they blamed it on a lost application)  Initial walk through of house before receiving keys seemed rushed.  House was not even fully clean (dust caked on ceiling fans, food stains in oven) realtor got pissy when I asked if these things could be taken care of before I move my stuff.  I sure as hell am not cleaning someone else's $hit.  Would not recommend this realty office to anybody.
