Story

River Street Real Estate, Ltd. is a full service real estate brokerage firm licensed to conduct business in the state of Colorado. We have been in business since November of 2008. We are a member of the National and Colorado Association of REALTORS® and our local Royal Gorge Association of REALTORS®.

The founder of the company, David Madone, is a Canon City native whose family has resided in the Fremont County area since the 1880’s. David, after spending the first part of his career in commercial construction management became involved in real estate first in Greeley, CO in 1992 and then in Canon City in 1999. David was the 2010 “REALTOR® of the Year” and President of the Royal Gorge Association of REALTORS® in 2011.
